My Aims
Although not actually Coeliac myself, I come from a family that does suffer from it and have grown up eating Gluten Free. The members of my family that are Coeliac are extremely sensitive to any presence of gluten, and must eat food completely absent of it. You can rest easy knowing that if my family doesn't get sick from a meal, it is most probably GF.
It's hard enough trying to eat out in Melbourne, but when you start travelling to foreign countries that don't even speak your language it becomes even more difficult.
I'm blogging about our adventures while travelling so that anyone else travelling gluten free has an idea of restaurants, cafés, and shops that they can visit.
