Simela is an Italian Pizzeria in West Berlin. You can walk there from the Zoologischer Garten U-Bahn Station (get there via the U2). Simela serves normal pizza, as well as making GF buckwheat pizzas! These Buckwheat bases are extremely tasty & actually resemble a normal pizza base!
While I was there, I tried the Salmon (Lax), Vegetarian, and Margherita GF pizzas. They were cooked in a separate oven to the glutenous pizzas, and they came out on pizza boards covered in foil - just so the residual gluten from prior use wouldn't contaminate them!
The pizzas looked fantastic, and fortunately they tasted even better!
This is some fantastic GF food!!!
